Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 2pm

Check out time is 10am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

On arrival at Enderley Gardens Resort you will be asked to provide photo ID and a $200 security bond to be held on the room. This can be done with Cash (Australian residence only) or a pre-authorized credit card.

If paying by cash this is held at reception and will be returned to you via EFT (electronic funds transfer) after the room is checked. If you plan on paying cash please ensure you have your bank details handy. (Cash bonds will not be accepted for arrivals outside of office hours) 

If paying by credit card the $200 will be frozen on the card. The freeze is usually held for 3 - 5 business days and is automatically released by your bank. If this is held for any longer please contact reception. They will advise the procedure for the bond to be released.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes. After hours check in is available. If a late check in is required please contact reception by phone or email and the details can be provided to you. Please note for all after-hours arrivals a credit card number must be provided for any incidentials to our night staff. Late arrivals will not accept cash bonds. 

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check outs are subject to availability. If it is available we can usually do a late check out to12noon. After noon a full day rate is applicable.

So we can keep our housekeeping schedule, during peak seasons late check outs are unavailable.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A 50% deposit will need to be paid on bookings made during peak seasons- Easter Holidays, June July Holidays, September Holidays and Christmas break.  Then the balance is due on arrival.

If you wish, you can pay off your reservation in installments prior to arrival. Contact reception to make a payment

Q: What are the reception hours & onsite management?

Enderley Gardens Resort reception is only opened between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Public Holidays

There is however onsite management here 24/7 to assit in an emergency

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Enderley Gardens Resort offers a full tour desk at reception. We can book tours, attractions, theme parks tickets, transfers and much much more. Visit the Attractions tab on our website for more info or click here

General information about our accommodation services and on-site facilities.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, Enderley Gardens Resort now offers 300mb of complimentary Wi-Fi to our guests. This can be used on up to three devices. If all of the free data is used you can purchase more online with a credit card, or Visa MasterCard debit.

Pricing Plans start from $10 for 1GB (1000mb)- that should keep the tech savvy kids happy.   

Q: What facilities do you have?

The resort features a beautiful outdoor pool which is heated in the winter. Attached to the pool is a small kid’s paddling pool and a heated spa to relax those wary bones after a long day at the Theme Parks. The pool is located in the middle of the resort so most apartments will get a nice view of the pool.

We also have a dry sauna, perfect for sweating out a big night or detoxinig while on holiday for that "back from holiday glow" to make your co-workers jealous 

A half sized tennis court is located at the rear of the resort if you’re up for a game? 

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes there are 2 free carparks under the resort. They are both gated and accessible via security pass only. 

Please note that due to size restrictions, our maximum height is 1.9mtrs and we can only allocate one car space per apartment. If you have a second car there is limited on-street parking. This is first in best dressed. 

Q: Is all linen provided?

Fresh linen is supplied for the apartment. This includes all bed linen, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and a tea towel.

Our only suggestion is to either bring a beach/pool towel or you can hire one from Reception for $10 per towel per stay. 

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Enderley Gardens Resort is a self-catering style of accommodation, there are no daily housekeeping services. For stays of 8 days or more a mini services will be provided. This is a change of linen only.

Q: Is the pool heated?

No, the pool isn't heated, but the Spa attached the the pool is always heated. 

Q: Does the resort have a sauna

Yes there is a free sauna near the heated pool.

Q: Is there a childrens wading pool.

Yes there is a heated childrens wading pool

Q: Is there a childrens Playground

Yes there is! Our new kids playground is now OPEN :) See gallery for pictures. 

Q: Are there any B B Q's

Yes there are 4 free B B Q's inside the resorts tropical gardens.

Q: What are the gardens like

Enderley Gardens Resort has tropical gardens throughtout the interior of the resort. There are also grassed areas for the children to play. There are plenty of shaded areas as well as 2 sun lounging areas.

Q: Do you have sun bathing areas

Yes we have 2 sun lounge sun bathing areas plus 2 grassed areas for sunbathing.

Q: What is Supplied?

All apartments are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All apartments are fitted with fresh linen, bath towels, bath mat, had towels and soap. For stays less then eight days this is not replenished. There are laundry facilities in the room should you require clean linen or fresh linen, towels etc. can be purchased at reception.  

A starter pack is also provided including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, laundry liquid, dishwashing liquid and toilet tissue. Once these items are used they are not replaced, additional supplies can be purchased at reception.

General information about our location.

Q: How close to the beach is the resort

We are 1 block from Surfers Paradise Main Beach. 2 minutes stroll,

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes we have 2 major shopping centres within a 4 minute drive. Centro Surfers is a 6 minute walk. Pacific Fair is 4 minutes drive. Australia Fair is 8 minute drive and Harbour Town Factory outlet is 18 minute drive.

There are plenty of extremely good restaurants within a 2 to 6 minute walk from the resort. We have the best Pizza's from Crust 2 minutes walk plus the best Italian food from 2 Alfrescos restaurants just 2 minutes walk. There are Japanese, Indian, Australian, Fish and Chips, Malaysian, Chinese, Spanish, Arabian and many more all withing 6 minute walk.

There are also take away shops and supermarkets close to resort.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Enderley Gardens has the perfect location that is close to all major transport options. 

The local bus stop is a 2 min walk away on Markwell Ave. 

Now with the Gold Coast Light Rail or the G: is running on the Gold Coast, Enderley Gardens Resort is just a 1 min walk to Northcliffe Station. 

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Surfers Paradise is a hub of activities and attractions. From the weird and wacky ripley's believe it or not to a family after ten pin bowling. 

We have heaps of info on local attractions and you can even book here

Q: How far away is the race track?

The Gold Coast Turf club is a short 8min taxi ride. For larger groups we can arrange a private trasfer. 

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There are a number of different options available for groceries. We have a small convenience store just a block north of the resort for little items like Milk and Bread. If you are after a larger shop Woolsworths is an 8min walk to Cavil Ave. 

Alternativally Coles & Woolsworths do deliver to the resort- order online and get it delivered. 
(Please note that if you choose to get groceries delivered you will need to be here at the resort to accept delivery. Reception cannot store these itmes for you.)

Q: How close is the resort to Cavill Ave and the centre of Surferts Paradise

Q: How long does it take to get to resort from Gold Coast Airport

By Taxi or Shuttle bus it takes 35 minutes.
