A favourite long weekend for many, Australia Day at The Star will by far exceed your expectations, with a Live acoustic performance by Amy Shark, live entertainment, games, craft beer and more on The Lawn at the Garden Kitchen & Bar plus lamb ribs and pavlova on the menu!
The Harvest buffet is adding special Aussie dishes to the menu for the whole month, including cheesy potato bake, kangaroo sausages, and cottage pie! The sports bar is also stepping up for the Australia Day celebrations, offering an Aussie burger complete with egg, beetroot, and BBQ sauce for the sporting enthusiasts among us.

From 22 Jan to 9 Feb you can join in with celebrating the Lunar New Year, with incredible dishes from around the world, and plenty of festivities and customary traditions.
