Booking Terms & Conditions
A 50% Deposit wil be required at time of booking. Final payment of 50% will be made on arrival directly with the resort.
Your credit card will be used to guarantee your booking and 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY for our Low season: Deposit Policy: 50% deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Balance is due at time of arrival. Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Low Season Dates: 16/06/18 - 01/07/18, 15/07/18 -21/09/18, 14/10/18 - 18/10/18, 22/10/19 -15/12/18
Mid & High Seasons
High & Mid Seasons Deposit Policy: 50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due at time of arrival. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. Deposit will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. ( managements discretion) If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
By accepting these terms and conditions you authorise Enderley Gardens Resort to process the credit card you provide in the booking form. You also agree that you are authorised to use the credit card provided.
Enderley Gardens Resort Apartments is a mixed use building that includes residents, permanent tenants and holiday rental, therefore we have a strict ''NO PARTY POLICY'' (you will be required to sign our policy on arrival). End of Season sporting club trips and Bucks / Hens Parties etc are not permitted at any time.
Enderley Gardens Resort Apartments parking is strictly for motor vehicles and motor cycles only. Car Park Clearance is 1.9m
One space per apartment.
Bedding Configurations cannot be changed.
Although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested - subject to availability and an additional cost. Guests wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.

Please be advised that all quotations are valid for 24 hours and are subject to availability at time of booking.
On arrival you will be asked to provide a $200AUD security bond. This can be a pre-authorised credit card or cash. The cash bond will be returned to you via EFT after your room is checked. The pre-authorised credit card will be returned to your card by your bank or financial institution within 3-5 business days.
